Hello from Thread and Clover! We're all about making your shopping experience as delightful as possible, but we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. No worries, though! Here's everything you need to know about our return policy:

Out of Stock Items: Unfortunately, sometimes our popular items fly off the shelves faster than expected. If your ordered item becomes unavailable, don't fret! You'll receive a friendly email from us within 24 hours, along with a full refund to your original payment method.

Color Disclaimer: Just a heads up, the exact colors of our products may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor resolution, and photography techniques. We do our best to showcase our items accurately, but if you have any questions or concerns about a product, shoot us an email at before placing your order. We're here to provide all the details you need!

Order Modifications: Once you've checked out, your order is set in motion and can't be changed, modified, or canceled. So be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items: We hope your order arrives in perfect condition, but if you spot any issues or receive damaged items, please reach out to our team within 3 days of delivery. We're here to make it right!

Return Policy Highlights: Now, let's talk about returns. Here's what you need to know:

  1. All returns are issued as Store Credit only.
  2. Clearance and Sale items are final sale—grab them while you can!
  3. You're responsible for return shipping, so make sure to keep those tracking details handy.
  4. To qualify for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny returns for items that don't meet these criteria.
  5. Keep in mind, all sales are final after 30 days.

How to Initiate a Return: Ready to start your return journey? Here's how:

  1. Log in to your account or visit to select your reason for return.
  2. Send your returnable items back to our store address listed below.
  3. Make sure your returns reach us within 30 days from the delivery date to receive Store Credit.

Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 2-3 business days and email you a shiny new Store Credit. This credit is valid for online purchases and never expires!

In-Store Returns: If you prefer the in-store experience, feel free to return your online purchase to our physical location. We'll transform it into a Store Gift Card for you!

Not Eligible for Return: A few items are just too special to be returned, including personal items, toiletries, food and drink items, jewelry, hair accessories, and of course, Sale and Clearance items.

If you accidentally send back a non-returnable item, don't worry. We'll reach out with instructions to cover the return shipping cost. If we don't hear from you within 14 days, we'll donate the item to a local charity.
